What happens to my voucher in case of return or cancellation of my online order?

What happens in case of a return or cancellation of your online order depends which type of voucher you used.

You do not need to contact us when:
- your order got fully cancelled or if you cancelled the entire order yourself. The voucher code will be reactivated automatically after 24 hours. 
- If you used a voucher that gave you a monetary discount (e.g. £10) the voucher will be replaced if you return the full order. 
- If you return or cancelled (part of) the order paid with an adidas (refund) gift card, you will receive a refund for the amount applied to that part of the order per email. If you have used another payment method together with your Gift Card, refunds will first be made to the other payment method.

We can help you with a replacement voucher if:
- If you used a voucher that gave you a percentage discount (e.g. 10% off). The voucher can be replaced if you return the order, or part of it. Please contact us. 

Your order invoice gives you a comprehensive breakdown of the split of discount across products. The invoice is sent with the delivery confirmation email or can be found in your account.
