How do I return my product(s)?

There are different return methods depending on where you purchased your product. Items purchased at the adidas online shop can only be returned to us by post. Items purchased at an adidas retail store can only be returned to an adidas retail store.

Please note: personalised items are made uniquely for you, and cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing fault.

Items purchased from the adidas online shop
You can return your online order free of charge within 30 days of receiving your order (or 14 days* for hype products such as YEEZY). If you received items from one order in several parcels, the 30-days return period begins on the day you received the last parcel.

*Please be aware that hype products such as YEEZY, should be returned within 14 days of the delivery date. In the process of ordering these hype products we communicate to you that the return period of 14 days applies.

Please note: you will not be charged shipping costs for your return if you return your order with the same carrier that had originally delivered it to you and follow our return instructions below.

Returns with Posti:
  1. Print out your return form & return label via the order tracker, using your email address and order number.
  2. Fill out your return form with your return reasons(s) and insert into the parcel, then seal the box.
  3. Attach the return label to the parcel over the original label.
  4. Keep note of the tracking number stated on the return label.
  5. Drop off your parcel at a Posti post office.
  6. UPS (only if your order has been shipped via express shipment)


Items purchased at an adidas retail store
If you'd like to return item(s) you purchased at the adidas store, then the best thing to do is to return your unwanted item(s) to the same store where you originally purchased them. Please bring your receipt with you, and make sure you’re returning your item(s) within 30 days (or 14 days for hype products such as YEEZY) of purchase. Please note that we are currently not able to accept returns at our stores for items purchased from our online shop.

Items purchased at an adidas authorised reseller
If you purchased products at one of our authorised resellers, please get in touch with them, as they have their own return policies. It is not possible to return your items to an adidas store.
